On top of that, the industry was thrilled to see the unveiling of a variety of BDS positioning chips and modules.
A number of incredible terminal products developed by Allystar and its partners based on the high-precision, low-power navigation and positioning chips were presented at the Summit. These products include the driving recorder for highway passenger vehicles, tourist passenger vehicles and hazardous materials vehicles, smart wearables, smartphones, and deformation monitoring terminals, to name a few, which demonstrates the company's comprehensive layout and fruitful results in BDS's large-scale application.
At the opening ceremony of the Summit, the organizing committee office selected "Chip-level BDS High-precision Shared Bikes Precision Management" by Allystar as one of the "Top 10 BDS Applications", which was based on the committee's assessment of the project's potential for advancement in BDS positioning technology. It was also compiled into the "Typical Cases of Top 10 BDS Applications," a comprehensive collection that showcases the most promising and innovative applications of BDS positioning technology, offering an extensive and forward-thinking overview of BDS applications and development achievements in key industries since the launch of the Beidou-3 Navigation Satellite System (BDS-3). This is of significant value in advancing the marketization, industrialization, and internationalization of BDS Scale Application.
The high-precision positioning chip developed by Allystar, adopted in shared bikes and motorcycles by Meituan, Hello Bike, DiDi Bike and other manufacturers, enables those bikes to be precisely parked and managed with high-precision BDS positioning accuracy, to provide an optimal solution for shared mobility, offering a superior solution for last-mile travel.
The Summit set up a demonstration zone for BDS's large-scale applications with static and dynamic illustrations, including applications in the air and sea, vehicles, agriculture, forestry, water conservancy, urban governance, public security, mass consumption, disaster prevention, etc. Some products from Allystar were chosen and presented in areas like mass consumption, disaster prevention, intelligent transportation, and smart driving. In which, Xun’s AI smartwatch with Allystar’s chip attracted a lot of attention, which offers the smartwatch a stable performance and abundant functions at low cost, expanding the use of BDS chips in the mass consumption field.
Besides, the Axon 60 Ultra smartphone launched by ZTE, adopts Allystar’s BDS chip that supports the BDS-3 system, making positioning more accurate and secure.
Intelligent networked vehicles are increasing productivity in the automotive field, while BDS high-precision positioning is the key technology. Allystar and SAIC Group have demonstrated the application of BDS high-precision navigation and positioning chip in smart driving with an automotive module “iPOSILICON” combining in-vehicle intelligent driving controller based on the BDS high-precision chip solution and BDS+INS integrated positioning technology.
The intelligent terminal from Allystar and Yuwei is equipped with a BDS chip for satellite positioning and 4G communication, with the man-machine interactive system as well as active safety and intelligent prevention & control. This innovative terminal can be used for positioning, video monitoring, active safety, customized apps, and other functions, being widely used in taxis, online car-hailing services, and the like. It can also be extended to such special vehicles as banknote escort vehicles, ambulances, etc., offering a rich and diversified range of industry applications.
The BDS positioning technology is widely used in the intelligent transportation sector. In the transportation demonstration area, Allystar and Yuwei showed a comprehensive range of automobile data recorders, equipped with a dual-band BDS positioning chip developed by Allystar independently. This chip supports the BDS-3 system and integrates an INS technology to provide high-precision positioning service, offering a range of other functions for recorders, including track playback, vehicle and driver status monitoring, and early warning of unsafe driving, etc. Complied with the GB/T 19056-2021 national standard, these recorders are designed for highway passenger vehicles, tourist passenger vehicles, and hazardous materials vehicles, buses as well as other key operating vehicles in the industry.
Disaster prevention and mitigation represents one of the most prominent areas in which BDS positioning technology is deployed on a large scale.
